SUZHOU TECHNO-TEC PHOTOELECTRIC MATERIALS CO.,LTD.（TTMC） is founded in July 2014, it acquired the Chinese factory of Techno-Fine Japan in the same year. Techno-Fine Japan is the world's first bonding company with a history of more than 50 years.

TTMC has inherited all the target production and bonding technologies from Techno-Fine Japan and introduced advanced management systems, enabling the newly established Suzhou Techno‑Tec to directly enter the advanced ranks of high-end target manufacturing and bonding fields.

The company is dedicated to the research and development of semiconductor chip materials, and has successively developed high-purity sulfide targets, high-purity ceramic targets and high-purity alloy targets (such as scandium-aluminum alloy targets) used in semiconductor chips.

The company's leading products are semiconductor targets and target bonding, aiming to fill the domestic gap in the application of targets and bonding in fields such as semiconductor chips and realize the domestic substitution of imported high-purity targets.

We have been successfully included in Broadcom's global supply chain to participate in the supply of AlSc targets, and also provide targets for Skyworks, which are used in the manufacturing of Apple chips.

The company holds more than 30 intellectual property rights, including 3 invention patents. It has successively obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification issued by SGS, national high-tech enterprise certification, BOE (BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.) supplier certification, Japanese automotive electronics system certification, and Shimadzu Corporation global supply chain system certification.

In 2017, we were awarded the title of Leading Enterprise in Suzhou Industrial Park. For 10 consecutive years, the company has successfully provided high-performance, high-purity materials to more than ten Fortune 500 semiconductor end customers, including Applied Materials, Broadcom, Skyworks, Kyocera, Shimadzu Corporation, KIOXIA, etc.
